Windsor, ON – After several years as a musical recluse a veteran of such bars as California’s, The Village Inn and Penrods, Garry Donaldson, 51, of Windsor, Ontario announced his intentions this week to return to the local music scene and start a new band. “I think it’s time I got out there and performed again. Windsor, ON – Zeddy, the lovable mascot employed by Zellers Department Stores has turned up in Windsor, Ontario and is now homeless after being unemployed the last four years. “It started to go bad right after the last Zellers store closed in 2013. I started drinking, my wife left me and I kept spiraling downward” said Zeddy during a recent chat on Wyandotte Street East.

Windsor, ON – Plagued by lower than expected attendance and a financial deficit the Windsor Aquatic Centre in downtown Windsor announced plans this week to build a giant sand-box adjacent to the complex. “Everyone likes going to the beach and playing in the sand so we decided that a giant sand-box attached to our centre would be just what we need to boost attendance” centre spokesman John Douglas announced to gathered media on Wednesday.
