Windsor, ON – When CBC released their overnight viewing numbers for the Tragically Hip’s final concert one number stood out. It appears only one person in Canada missed seeing the concert. James Kelly of Windsor, Ontario was the only person reported to have not seen the final show of one of Canada’s most beloved acts.

Group plans intervention over friend’s ear hair
