Windsor planning on closing every street for construction
Windsor, ON – The city of Windsor announced plans to close every street for construction starting on June 23rd. “We feel it will make construction projects feel like less of an inconvenience if we close every street. Everyone will be in the same boat so it should help with people feeling like their travel throughout city is more difficult than their neighbours. Instead it will impact everyone the same” said city councilman Frank Edwards on Monday.

Windsor City Council to now decide tie-break votes with dance battles
Windsor, ON – In recent years the Windsor City Council has almost been evenly divided on major items and decisions in five versus five deadlocks. The tie-breaking vote having to be cast by the Mayor. After some controversial tie-breaking votes in recent years Councilman Frank Edwards has come up with what he thinks is an unbiased solution to breaking stalemates and proposes dance battles be used instead.

Local conspiracy nut having trouble getting attention
Windsor, ON – Samuel Shaw, 44, of Windsor has seen a lack of followers, likes and comments on his social media pages in recent months which he blames on people actually being aware of real facts. “I’ve been posting about conspiracy theories for years and a lot of people used to agree with me but lately I think the facts are getting in the way” Shaw said during a recent media scrum.
