Windsor, ON – Bright Lights Windsor is once again illuminating Jackson Park with its annual holiday display. Of particular interest is a new layout for a large tree near the central area of the park. A local groundskeeper explained how the new display came together.

“First we cleared away all the shrubs from the base of the tree. From a distance the tree actually looks bigger that way. Then we wrapped lights all around the base right up the length of the entire shaft to the top of tree. At the top we added a few more lights to represent the holiday joy. If you look closely it looks like the joy is shooting right out of the top of the tree”.

Richard Johnson, age 69, of Windsor was gazing at the new display and said he found it to be truly inspirational “It just got me really excited for the holiday. So much so I am headed out right now to buy my wife a new pearl necklace.”
