Windsor, ON – A boat tucked away on a driveway in east Windsor speculated this past weekend that it may not get in the water this year.   “It’s coming up on October and I have been parked in this driveway since August, 2020.   I’m starting to think I’m not going into a river or lake this year” the boat remarked on Sunday afternoon.

The boat lamented its current state “I’ve got this stupid tarp on.  It’s like a bad toupee.  And just yesterday a stray cat gave birth to a litter of kittens in the hull.   I’m getting a bit depressed”.

When asked what the future held the boat commented on its current owner “I’m hoping he just lets me go.   He’s clearly lost interest and quite honestly I’ve heard the neighbours complaining that I’m starting to bring down the property values on the street.   Maybe he can take up pickleball or something.  That’s a thing now right?  Pickeball?”
