Man having trouble with dating profile “opening line”

Windsor, ON – Harold Martin, age 46, of Windsor has been struggling on how to best describe himself in one sentence when completing his profile on several dating sites. “I’m on E-Harmony, Plenty of Fish and of course, Christian Mingle but I never know what to write when they ask you to describe yourself in one-sentence” Martin said on Friday.

The struggling Romeo explained his dilemma further “I’ve had a few stories written about me in the Windsor Star over the last few years.   And I noticed when the police talk about me they use one-sentence phrases.   The ones that come to mind are, of no fixed address,  or, is previously known to police,  but I think the one that sums me up in one-sentence is Martin is a person of interest in this matter”.

“So you would think with my minor-local-celebrity status because of my name appearing so often in the Windsor Star that I’d be able to get a date really easily. I mean, really, how many other people can say that they are a person of interest?   It is like an endorsement from the police department on how interesting I am. But if I don’t meet someone soon I am moving to the country so I can join the Farmers Only site” Martin announced.
